How does the Live Arrival Guarantee work?

We guarantee live arrival of the poultry you have ordered and paid for. Occasionally, we will include spare birds (of the same breed/gender) with your order to achieve this. When your birds arrive, please count the number of birds you have to see if there were any extras to make up for any losses.

If your order quantities were not met, please email service@efowl.com and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. We cannot replace all losses, but we will always offer you a refund. Also, we may offer you store credit equal to 120% of your refund amount. Of course, you still have the option of a cash refund.
