I need to change my address, phone number, and/or name on my order. How can I do that?

If you ordered products, there is a chance that your items have already shipped, and we may not be able to update your contact info in time. If you have been emailed your tracking number, you can use that to contact the carrier (usually FedEx or UPS) to update your information with them directly.

If you ordered live poultry or eggs, we can most likely make that change for you as long as you are at least 2 days away from your shipment date. To update your contact info correctly, please send that correct name, address, and phone number to our service@efowl.com address.
