Return Policy - Non-Live Products

If you are not satisfied with a product, or it does not meet your standards, you can return the item for a refund, exchange, or store credit. You may return your purchase only after receiving a Return Authorization from eFowl Customer Service. We will only accept returned items which arrive in the original packaging, and in an unused condition. You must return an item within 30 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Returned shipments must be labeled with a Return Authorization Number, which can be obtained by contacting eFowl Customer Service.

Return Policy - Live Poultry Products

Due to the nature of shipping live poultry, we are not able to accept returns of live products. However, we may offer you a full or partial refund in certain circumstances. For example, if your order was filled incorrectly in that you received the received the wrong breed(s) or a quantity smaller than the amount you originally purchased. Also, if you had too high of a loss rate, as per our Live Arrival Guarantee. Finally, we may offer you a refund if you have a reasonable dissatisfaction with our product or services. In the event of any issues regarding your order, please contact eFowl Customer Service.

Return Policy - Eggs

We do not accept returns on any types of eggs, including Blown Poultry Eggs.

Return Policy - Feed

We do not accept returns on any types of feed.

Return Policy - Vaccines

We do not accept returns on vaccines. We recommend that all customer purchase an ice pack and cooler with their order to ensure safe shipping.
