Why did I loose birds on my shipment?

When shipping live poultry, there are a lot of unknown factors that we have to take into account. Were the postal workers gentle with the box? Was the box left in cold/hot temperatures while the truck was being unloaded? These things can greatly affect the survival rate of our birds. However, from time to time, one of those factors we can't always foresee happens and we loose some birds. When things like this happen, we do have our live arrival guarantee to protect our customers' investment- all you need to do is report those losses in the first 4 days and we will do all that we can to replace or refund you for the losses.
